Jaci has helped me the past 2 years plan our annual company picnic. As our businesses have grown, so has this event! I worked with Jaci to put together a Halloween party for my high school aged daughter. The experience was so enjoyable - Jaci worked closely with me to have my daughter’s vision of a “Decades” themed party come to life. She handled all of behind the scenes planning and logistics - from communication with and managing vendors, creating a vision board for the feel of the party to making party bags for the guests - allowing me to just enjoy the party. “Gather in Indy did a fantastic job planning and executing my daughter’s Taylor Swift themed birthday party! Jaci kept me within my budget. She handled all the details including invites, gift bags, decoration, food, and fun activities for the girls. She handled the set up and then stayed to make sure everything went smoothly. The girls had the best time singing Karaoke, dancing, playing games. They loved the decoration including the Balloon Photo Booth back drop. The best part was the lack of stress having to plan, shop, and decorate for the party. It was amazing to just show up and everything was all set up and ready to go!
